Beyond standard server logs described below, we only collect what you voluntarily submit. When you fill out our project inquiry form (hosted by Google Forms) or contact us by email, you may provide:

• Any other information you choose to include in your message

You are never required to provide personal information to browse this website.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider, Netlify, may collect standard server log data when you visit our site, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, and pages visited. This data is used for security and operational purposes and is not used to identify you personally. We do not use Netlify Analytics or any paid analytics add-on beyond standard server logs.

We do not use tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.

Cookies and local storage

Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The dark mode toggle on this site stores your display preference using your browser's localStorage — this data stays entirely on your device and is never transmitted to us. We do not set any other cookies or local storage values.

If your browser sends a Do Not Track (DNT) signal or a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we respect it. Because we do not engage in cross-site tracking or behavioral advertising, these signals do not change how we operate, but we acknowledge and honor the intent.

2. How We Use Your Information

3. Google Forms and Google Workspace

Our inquiry form is hosted by Google Forms (Google LLC). When you submit a response, your data is processed and stored by Google under their own Privacy Policy, available at policies.google.com/privacy. We also use Google Workspace (Gmail) to receive and manage email correspondence.

Google may store your data on servers located outside of Utah and outside of the United States, in accordance with Google's data transfer and storage practices. If you are located outside the U.S., please be aware that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries whose data protection laws differ from your own.

By submitting our inquiry form or contacting us by email, you acknowledge that your information will be handled by Google in addition to us.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers. We use Google Workspace (Gmail and Google Forms) for communication and inquiry management, and Netlify for website hosting. These providers access information only as necessary to perform their services and are bound by their own data protection commitments.

We retain project inquiry submissions and email correspondence for as long as necessary to support an active or potential client relationship, typically no more than three years after our last substantive contact. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.
